Located in the middle of Schilcherland, we have dedicated ourselves entirely to the “Blauer Wildbacher” and its precious facets. From a blue grape – which is as distinctive as it is unique – we interpret various compositions in rosé, white and red. Starting with the classic Schilcher, which has already developed a wide variety depending on the location, terroir and processing – we go one step further with the “Blauer Wildbacher” and also develop it as a white and red wine.
As in music, in the art of winemaking, individual tones or different interpretations can achieve a completely different result – from spicy to full-bodied to elegant. And so we give our varieties – our compositions – “sonorous” names and wish you an unforgettable symphony on the palate.
